3. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity typically starts at 25–50 pieces, depending on the material. For larger discounts, bulk orders are welcome.

4. What coaster shapes are available?

Standard shapes include round and square coasters, but we also offer custom die-cut shapes on request.

5. What coaster sizes do you offer?

Most coasters are around 90mm–100mm in diameter or width, but custom sizing is available depending on the material.

6. What materials can I choose from?

Popular materials include cork, MDF, aluminum, neoprene, PVC rubber, stainless steel, stone, glass, bamboo, leather, paper, and acrylic. Each has its own look and feel.

7. Are the coasters waterproof and durable?

8. How do I send my artwork or logo?

You can upload your design directly when ordering or email it to us. Vector files (CDR, PDF, EPS) work best, but we also accept high-res PNG or JPG files.

Yes, we offer free basic artwork setup and can assist with layout, colour matching, and previews before production.

10. Do you offer coaster sets with packaging?

Yes, we can package coasters in sets with gift boxes, sleeves, belly bands, or branded packaging—great for events or gifts.

Yes, the more you order, the lower the cost per unit. We offer bulk pricing for larger orders.

12. Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. Generic material samples are available, or we can create a pre-production sample with your design for a sample fee.

Production typically takes 14+ business days after artwork approval, depending on the quantity and coaster type.

Yes, rush production and express shipping are available for urgent orders. Please contact us with your deadline.

We ship Australia-wide, including all major cities and regional areas.
